📖 How to use

1. Press Connect Wallet (top-right) and switch to the Sepolia testnet — the dApp is pre-configured for Sepolia (chain id 11155111) and the chain badge shows your current network.
2. In Your Zakat, enter your zakatable wealth in AED-S and press Declare wealth — this self-assessment starts your hawl (lunar-year) clock.
3. Once the hawl is complete, the card shows your Zakat due (2.5%) — press Pay my zakat and confirm the AED-S approval + transfer into the ring-fenced fund.
4. Committee members: fill in the recipient address + asnaf and press Register recipient, then Propose a disbursement in Zakat Committee and Approve it in Disbursements — at 2-of-3 approvals the recipient is paid.

⛓ The process — what happens on-chain

1. ZakatEngine.declareWealth records your declared wealth and starts — or resets — the hawl clock whenever the wealth crosses the nisab.
2. ZakatEngine.zakatDue computes the exact 2.5% (250 bps) due once wealth has stayed above the nisab for a full lunar year (354 days).
3. ZakatEngine.payZakat pulls AED-S from your wallet into the ring-fenced zakatFund — funds can only ever leave through an executed disbursement.
4. AsnafRegistry.registerRecipient stores KYC'd recipients with a proof-of-eligibility hash; every disbursement must name one of these registered recipients.
5. ZakatEngine.voteDisbursement collects committee votes and, at 2-of-3 approvals, _executeDisbursement transfers AED-S straight to the registered asnaf recipient.
